Dubai Insurance Company looking for IT Business Analyst responsibility to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solution.
Position Title: IT Business Analyst
Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and subject matter experts to gather detailed business requirements. Prepare detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and system documentation as required.
Should be able to evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Experience with multiple SDLC methodologies, particularly agile principles.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure requirements and solution fit into the process flow and do not create gaps and/or breakages.
Help identify how requirements can help make the process more efficient.
Previous experience managing production support incidents through to resolution/close.
Very Good knowledge of Oracle-SQL & Stored Procedure.
Experience in Application production Support within the ITIL Framework
Resolution of tickets with quality and within SLA
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in information technology.
Professional Experience:
3-5 years' experience in a similar role. Minimum of 3 years in the insurance sector.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
