Key Highlights of the Role:
Perform a high volume of surgeries monthly, ensuring efficiency and excellence in outcomes (estimated 20-30 surgeries/month for a busy general surgeon).
Participate in on-call rotations, handling emergency cases with a high level of dedication and skill.
Manage a wide range of general surgical procedures with expertise and precision.
Maintain accurate documentation and a proven record of a busy surgical logbook demonstrating consistent productivity and quality outcomes.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and contribute to surgical department growth.
📋 Position Requirements:
✔️ Minimum of 3 years' experience practicing as a General Surgeon in Abu Dhabi.
✔️ Valid DoH license to practice as a General Surgeon in Abu Dhabi (Specialist or Consultant).
✔️ Proven ability to manage a high patient and surgical volume efficiently.
✔️ Strong commitment to patient care, hard work, and teamwork.
✔️ Dedication to staying updated with the latest advancements in general surgery.
