We are seeking an analytical, innovative & detail oriented Ecommerce specialist to join our Medicina team in Dubai!
Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage the Shopify platform and overall eCommerce operations.
· Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and Meta Ads to drive traffic and improve Google rankings.
· Utilize Google Analytics and Google Merchant Center to analyze performance and optimize campaigns.
· Administer and manage product listings and inventory on various marketplace platforms (e.g., Talabat, Instagram Shop).
· Handle product addition, modification, and updates on the eCommerce site.
· Update promotional banners and manage pricing adjustments.
· Implement and modify website design and features to enhance user experience and functionality.
· Generating & updating reports for ecommerce & marketplace(sales, orders, commercial).
· Assist the call center with fleet route applications and support for third-party services.
· Upload and update product information and pricing as needed.
· Provide support with third party applications, including customer communication and liaising with the support team for application-related issues.
Job Requirements
1) Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
2) Experience working in the retail industry
3) Bachelor's in Marketing or any related field
4) Languages: Arabic AND English
