Thumbay Hospital 🏥 👨💼 👩💼 is now accepting applications for the position of Manager in the Department of Quality Assurance.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Oversee and monitor the quality assurance processes within the hospital.
Conduct regular audits and inspections and surveys to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements and provide required training as needed.
Manage and coordinate the hospital's accreditation processes ( JCI - Mandatory)
Stay updated with all the recent advancements in Quality Assurance/healthcare/and JCI Standards.
Communicate with all the stakeholders on timely manner in maintaining and improving the patient safety and reduce the risk of harm.
Any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by leaders.
Required Experience : Minimum 7 years of Experience in handling a team.
Mandatory experience of working for JCI (Not less than 2 JCI cycles)
Additional Qualification / CPHQ is Mandatory
Job Type : Full Time
Working Hours : 8 Hours /6 days with a weekly off.
Job Location : Northern Emirates (Primarily Ajman & Fujairah)
