Medical Record Clerk

RPM is looking to hire a "Medical Record Clerk" with 2 years of experience.

Position: Medical Record Clerk
Location: Abu Dhabi


Criteria:

1. Perform Medical Records Audits to ensure they are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements and organizational

2. Identify Errors or Deficiencies to improve the documentation. Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure the deficiencies are reduced

3. Provide contiguous education to staff on medical records documentation

4. Prepare reports, and statistics regularly on KPIs related to the medical records department/function

5. Provide suggestions to improve the medical records management in the organization.
