Position : Finance Manager
Valiant Clinic & Hospital is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Finance Manager with extensive experience of working with private hospitals in the UAE to become a valuable part of our team.
Role Overview:
The Finance Manager will collaborate with senior management to craft and execute financial strategies for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic financial acumen, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial meetings, providing insights and guidance to support decision-making processes.
Conduct Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to drive performance and optimize resource allocation.
Manage investments to ensure optimal returns while mitigating risks.
Oversee risk management activities, identifying and addressing financial risks proactively.
Handle financial accounting and reporting duties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Perform comprehensive financial accounting and forecasting to inform strategic planning efforts.
Deliver insightful reports and metrics to leadership to facilitate informed decision-making.
Requirements:
CA or related qualified with 8-10 years of relevant experience, particularly within the private hospital sector in the UAE.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and familiarity with ERP Systems.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
