Job Title: Senior Manager - Quality Control
Experience: Minimum 20 years
Education: Pharmacist with experience in both Chemistry and Microbiology or Education in Microbiology with exposure in both micro and chemistry.
Key Responsibilities:
Expertise in Dosage Forms: Comprehensive experience and exposure across all dosage forms.
MNC Experience: Proven track record in multinational companies.
Quality Management: Proficiency in GMP Sampling, Specification, Analytical Methods, Qualification of lab equipment, calibration, OSS investigation, and management.
Chemistry and Microbiology: Solid expertise in both fields is a mandatory requirement.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and management qualities with the ability to make effective decisions.
Team Management: Experience in handling and leading a team of at least 100 employees.
Audit Experience: Successful track record in passing audits for Generic, EU FDA, and WHO.
Market Exposure: Familiarity with the Egypt and India markets.
Pharmacist candidates with the requisite experience and expertise in both Chemistry and Microbiology, including dosage forms across MNCs, are encouraged to apply.
