Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site assistance to end-users with technical issues and inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, Wireless and network problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, network devices, and other IT equipment.
- Provide remote assistance when necessary, using Anydesk/remote desktop tools.
- Monitor and maintain local area networks (LANs) and IPSec VPN between branches.
-Act as first level point of contact for any IT request and any new implementation for branch facilities.
- Prepare monthly reports IT support tickets, IT security incidents and report to IT Manager.
