Life Healthcare Group is looking for an Insurance Coordinator!
Responsibilities
1) Reconciliation Clinic -Periodic analysis of data to identify claims in Recon Status and Convince Payers for quarterly Reconciliations
2) Reconciliation Pharmacy - Periodic analysis of data to identify claims in Recon Status and convince Payers for quarterly Reconciliations
3) Resubmission Pharmacy -Daily tracking of remittances to ensure timely resubmission of denied claims -Proper Securitizing of claims prior to resubmission to ensure no further denial
4) Copay /Copay Max Reconciliation - Coordinate with finance on a daily basis to track excess payments due to copay and allocate it against the particular invoice
5) Assist in Documentations for pharmacies & Clinic
Qualifications
Graduate , with minimum 3+ years of experience in clinic/Hospital Reconciliations
Key Skills
Ability to prioritize ,Organize, work independently with little direction and oversight to meet deadlines
Good Communication Skills
Advanced excel skills
