Job Details: -
Greeting and directing patients to examination rooms.
Scheduling patient appointments and making reminder calls.
Informing patients about delays and waiting times.
Obtaining patients' addresses, contact details, insurance information, and medical histories.
Updating and verifying patient information at every visit.
Assisting patients in filling out patient history forms, consent forms, and payment contract forms, when necessary.
Receiving and processing cash and credit card payments for medical services rendered.
Reviewing patient accounts, identifying delinquent accounts, and collecting overdue payments.
Answering, investigating, and/or directing patient inquiries or complaints to the appropriate medical staff member.
Following up with patients to ensure their inquiry or complaint has been satisfactorily resolved.
Performing administrative and clerical duties, such as filing paperwork, when necessary.
Bridge between Doctor and Patients when required
Act as a translator
Evaluating the Insurance cards and coordinating with the concerned department.
Scheduling appointments to the doctor in line with their availability
Following up with the patients on their appointments
Maintaining the confidentiality of the patient treatment
Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the Head of Department within the scope of his/her job
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any stream
1-2 years of UAE healthcare experience is mandatory
Excellent Computer Literacy skills are required
Must have good verbal and written Communication Skills in English and Arabic
Ability to work independently and as well as part of a team.
Must be self-motivated (self-starter), flexible, and able to demonstrate strong time management skills
