HR Officer

Urgently hiring for the following positions:

HR Officer
- with at least 2 years experience in Hospital/Healthcare facility in UAE

Application Support
- Providing software application support under the supervision of the application administrators.
- Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics.
- Consulting with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.
- Functional knowledge in hospital routine operations
- Minimum 2 years experience in Trakcare HIS (or) any other HIS applications will be added advantage.

ERP Support
- Sound understanding of SAP business one & Hana DB
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Providing SAP system support and end-user training.
- Developing, configuring, and maintaining customized SAP solutions.
- Functional knowledge in hospital routine operations
- Minimum 2+ year experience in SAP
