HR & Admin Officer

We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer for our Pharmacy group to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our main office.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts, licenses 
- Gather timesheets from sites and calculate overtime if necessary
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonuses and leaves - Update HR databases (e.g., new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
- Coordination with the PRO team for all licensing, renewal and visa processes

Requirements and Skills:
- Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer in retail or healthcare business.
- Proficient in MS Office Organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
