Business Development Executive

Alleanza Healthcare LLC is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to develop business leads in different schools in Abu Dhabi and to assist in expanding our clientele in the Abu Dhabi market. The successful candidate will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy, with a goal to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Scope of Responsibilities:

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
- Prepare agreements ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Requirements and skills:

- Master's degree in business administration/ bachelor's degree holder
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role preferably in the Education industry with a proven sales track record.
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Sturdy business acumen & market knowledge
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Time management and planning skills.
