Position - Chief Medical Officer (Al Dhannah Hospital)
Al Dhannah Hospital (operated by NMC Healthcare) is one of the largest multi-specialty hospitals in Al Dhafra region, with a capacity of 122 beds, accredited by Joint Commission International (JCI), in addition, the Emergency Department is accredited by DOH. The hospital provides a full range of General, Multi-Specialty, and Emergency Room (ER) Services.
Job Summary
Looking for a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) with strong leadership skills to lead our multidisciplinary medical staff. The candidate should have a minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Leadership Roles in a hospital setup.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the medical staff and ensure the hospital is providing high standards of care and patient safety
- Ensure the implementation of all healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, clinical excellence
- Develop and implement Plans and Strategies for Business Growth & Development, Continuous Clinical Framework, Quality Improvement programs, Clinical Risk Management, Standardization of Care, Best Practices, etc.,
- Practice in your respective clinical specialty duties along with Chief Medical Officer Responsibilities and will be reporting to General Manager of the hospital
Qualification, Licensure, Experience & Special Skill Requirement
- Clinical Post Graduate degree in Medicine & in relevant subspecialty field.
- Post-graduate in Hospital Administration preferred.
- Should be Licensed as a Consultant Physician in Internal Medicine or Emergency or Surgery in UAE.
- Excellent command of oral and written English. Knowledge in Arabic is desirable.
- Good Organization Skills & Exceptional Interpersonal skills
- Clinical Risk Management Experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience; responsibility includes hospital operations, administrative & medical leadership level in UAE Region
